Our experienced team of Exercise Physiologists and Dietitians work collaboratively to support your unique rehabilitation journey—whether you’re aiming to return to sport, step confidently into parenthood, or simply manage everyday tasks with greater ease.

We understand that no two lifestyles are the same. That’s why we create fully individualised programs tailored to your goals, condition, and daily demands—ensuring your treatment is as functional and relevant as possible.

Our Services

We are currently running group classes for clients at Citrus Rehab on Mondays and Thursday from 12 – 1pm. These group classes will provide you with the opportunity to complete your individualised programs in a private and fully equipped gym with supervision of an Exercise Physiologist. To access our group classes booking an initial consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists is needed.

Upon your initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists you may decide between you that one on one Exercise physiology sessions are best suited to you. These sessions can range from 1 hour – 30 minutes. They will be competed in our fully equip clinic gym. These sessions will provide you with the education and supervision of individually tailored exercises to assist you in reaching your goals.

If the gym setting isn’t for you or you are lacking time in your chaotic life one of our Exercise Physiologists can prescribe you with a home exercise program tailored to your needs and current exercise equipment. These programs are best suited to those lacking time or struggling to fit exercise into their busy schedule.

Our dietitian’s can provide expert guidance on nutrition and healthy eating to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. They can provide you with personalised meal planning, nutrition counselling, and advice on managing specific health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and allergies. Our dietitian’s can also educate on portion control, weight management, and balanced diets, ensuring sustainable, long-term healthy habits. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health, manage a medical condition, or make informed food choices, a dietitian can support you every step of the way.
